Lifted 635,000 square foot roof, at former Panasonic headquarters. The tenant had relocated, so the building owner needed to fill his empty property. In view of modern trends, material handling equipment, and tenant operational demands, the existing height of 24’ clear was deemed obsolete. The roof lifting procedure was performed “on spec” and created a new height of 32’ clear, which served to successfully attract a new tenant, Ferguson Plumbing Supplies.
